This DZT regulator is a single-phase product which acquires a main circuit of autotransformer and by using the relay or AC contactor changing tap to realize non-contact automatic voltage regulating. The output voltage can be maintained at the range of ± 8% of rated Value.

 

This type regulator is mainly composed of four kind circuits--control circuit, Self-coupling voltage regulating circuit, output circuit and direct circuit. The control circuit will control the self-coupling voltage regulating circuit’s operating status after sampling from the input voltage and making comparison with the reference voltage. When the input voltage is low, the self-coupling voltage regulating circuit  enters into the boost operation state; when the input voltage value is close to the rated voltage, the self-coupling voltage regulating circuit will withdraw from the boost working state and enter the straight working state. The green, yellow and red indicator light show the different running status.

 

With a full-mode protection --single-phase 40KA lightning surge protector (US JOSLYN technology)at the input end of the regulator, the damage to regulator and the load incurred by the surge voltage along the power line can be effectively prevented.
