Operation principle of each component

1. MCU intelligent measurement and control part

All electronic components in the intelligent measurement and control module adopt wide temperature type and industrial grade, which can adapt to the harsh environment with large temperature change and serious electromagnetic interference, and can work reliably without interruption for a long time, with high intelligence degree and stable control performance.

2. Zero-crossing switch synchronization technology based on mechanical contact

The company summarizes the characteristics and disadvantages of mechanical contactless thyristors, contactless thyristors and composite switches. Combined with years of development and practical operation experience, the company independently develops a new generation and USES microelectronic software and hardware technology to effectively control mechanical electromagnetic relay contacts. The synchronous switch technology of low voltage power capacitor based on mechanical contact is realized. When the ac current at the two ends of the contact is zero, it is closed; when the contact is closed, it is disconnected when the AC voltage at the two ends is zero. 3. Low voltage power capacitors

The low-voltage power capacitor in the product adopts self-healing low-voltage shunt compensation capacitor, and progressive thickening zinc aluminum metallized polypropylene film is used as dielectric, with high stability and reliability. Among capacitors of the same brand, the larger a single capacitor is, the longer and thicker its core components are. The length of the element leads to the increase of resistance loss, the thickness of the element is large, the conductive layer area of the end surface is large, and the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the element increases, which makes the conductive layer more likely to be separated from the plate. Therefore, the use of single-closed large- capacity capacitor is not as reliable as the use of small-capacity capacitor in parallel, and the switching series of the capacitor can be effectively increased. At the same time, the temperature sensor is built in the capacitor to reflect the internal heating degree of the capacitor in the case of over-voltage, over-harmonic, leakage flow and high ambient temperature, so as to realize over-temperature protection.
