Service environmental conditions

1. Altitude is not more than 2000 meters;

2. Operating environment temperature from -25°C to +45°C , relative humidity not exceeding 90%;

3. There is no harmful gas or inflammable and explosive articles around;

4. The surrounding environment should have good ventilation conditions. If installed in the cabinet, ventilation equipment should be installed.


Product structure characteristics and connection mode

1. The filter reactor is divided into three phaseand single phase, both of which are core dry type.

2. The iron core is made of high quality cold -rolled orientedsilicon steel with low loss. The core column is divided into uniform segments with multiple air gaps and the air gap is ring shaped.

The oxygen laminated glass cloth plate is used for spacing, and special adhesiveis used to ensure that the reactance air gap does not change during operation.

3. The coil is made of H-class or C-class enameledflat copper wire, arranged closely and evenly.

4. The coil and iron core of the reactor are assembled into a whole, and the process of pre-drying → vacuum prepainting → hot drying and curing is adopted Grade H impregnated paint makes the reactor coil and iron core firmly together.

5. The clamps and fasteners of the reactor are made of nonmagnetic materials to ensure that the reactor has a high quality factorGood filtering effect;

6. The exposed parts are treated with corrosion prevention, and the leadout terminals are tinned copper tube terminals.

3. Voltage withstand grade: 3KV/min, insulation grade: B, F, H, noise≤50dB, overload capacity≤1.35 times;
